Jesse Folk stopped by Listermann Brewing company in Norwood to talk about the recent hazy IPA craze. Listermann has become Cincinnati’s top spot for NEIPA style beers, knocking out one to two releases a month of either new NEIPAs or variants.

Last week we headed to Brink to moderate a panel discussion with industry insiders to discuss if there is a craft beer bubble in Cincinnati. We have a fantastic discussion with many respected people and guests, including a vocal audience member from AB-InBev’s Higher End sharing his views, as well as Dan Listermann sharing great thoughts like “Unless you lived through the 90s you have no idea what bad beer is.”

MadTree Brewing announces release of 'Pilgrim' in cans for Fall

It had to happen some time. Fresh on the heels of the release of fan-favorite Dreamsicle, MadTree Brewing announces they are canning “Pilgrim.”

Fans have been clamoring for Pilgrim Pale Ale to be canned since its initial release at the 1.0 facility. With the expansion at 2.0 in Oakley, MadTree now has the capacity to can the beer.

The brewery is also partnering with La Soupe and Busken bakery as part of the event.

Cellar Dweller head brewer to leave for Wiedemann project

We have some big brewing news coming out of Cellar Dweller today.

Head Brewer Steve Shaw announced this morning that he is leaving Cellar Dweller and will join the new Wiedemann Brewing project in St. Bernard.
